I have a long history of illustration and character designer. I work in multiple mediums and I am always looking for new mediums to explore and broaden my horizons. I am graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Art and Illustration with a Game Design minor from John Brown University and currently based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, I am ready to tackle any art that comes my way.
I am a lover of all things nerdy with an deep interest in video games like Dead Cells, Hollow Knight, and Hyper Light Drifter. When I’m not playing video games though, I love to read comic books like and manga Moon Knight, Demon Slayer, and Radiant Black or watching anime like One Piece, Mob Psycho 100, and Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood. All of these have contributed in some way to the way I design and my art style.
Who is Dollie?
Dollie is my internet persona or the internet representation of me online. She’s changed a lot over the years from simply being my Minecraft skin when I was 11 years old to the silly cat girl she is now. Dollie shows up a lot in my self works. The reason why she exists started as a way to protect myself online, but she has since become a part of me.
Dollie is me and I am her. She’s my pseudonym and my representative. I guess in a way Dollie is a projection of my inner self. As silly as it may sound, she is me. Always has been, always will be, and I love her for that.
