This is the front of the Christmas card I made for my boyfriend that year. The months prior, he had me play through the Sonic the Hedgehog video game franchise and I ended up loving it. I needed to do something unique for this year, so with Sonic on my mind, and his favorite character being Shadow the Hedgehog, I made this. I drew him as Shadow and myself as Rouge the Bat since the two of them are often on the same team together.
